Overview
A.C Jay Fitness sells digital products, including ebooks, PDF guides, and digital training resources.
Because these products are delivered digitally and made available immediately after purchase, refunds are not usually offered once the download or access process has started, except where required by law.
If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong file, cannot access your purchase, or believe a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us at acjayfitness@gmail.com and we will review the issue and work to resolve it.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Refunds will not normally be provided for:
- change of mind after purchase
- accidental purchases
- failure to read the product description before buying
- digital products that have already been downloaded, accessed, or delivered
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights if a digital product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be supplied properly.
Late or missing refunds
If you have been told that a refund has been approved but have not yet received it, please:

check your bank account again
contact your card provider or bank, as processing times can vary
Sale items
Discounted or promotional digital products are also non-refundable unless the product is faulty, not as described, or cannot be accessed.
Exchanges
Because our products are digital, we do not normally offer exchanges.
If you received the wrong file, a corrupted file, or a file that does not open properly, contact acjayfitness@gmail.com and we will work to replace or re-send the correct product where appropriate.
